1. Your right
EURO INTERMED SOLUTIONS (Reg. No.: J8/735/2018, VAT: 39132147, Brașov, Romania) is the controller of the data submitted through this website and connected channels, including contact via Facebook / Meta. Under the GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you.
2. How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to eurointermeds@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +40 745 79 99 95.
To identify your records, include in the request:
- the company name and contact person used when submitting the request;
- the email, phone or Facebook account you contacted us through;
- a short description of the data you want deleted.
3. What happens next
We confirm receipt of the request and delete the associated personal data within 30 days at most, except for information the law requires us to keep. We notify you when the deletion is complete.
4. Data collected via Facebook / Meta
If you contacted us through a Facebook or Meta integration, you can request deletion of the data associated with your account using the same email address above. We do not sell your data and do not publish it without your consent.
