2. What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us via the form, WhatsApp, email, phone or Calendly. This may include:
- the company name and country;
- the contact person’s name;
- email, phone / WhatsApp and website;
- the chosen commercial route: selling stock, buying, sourcing, market entry or another B2B opportunity;
- initial commercial details about category, quantity, location, objective or the free-text message you send.
We do not ask for VAT numbers, tax documents, files, certificates, price lists or full commercial terms in the first contact form.
3. Why we use the data
We use the data to qualify the B2B request, to contact you about it and to route it to the right channel in the Euro Intermed ecosystem: Euro Intermed, PalletClearance.eu, Angrosist.ro or future directions such as SkalYou.
The legal bases are your consent for contact and our legitimate interest in operating a B2B commercial service.
4. Who we share data with
The data stays within EURO INTERMED SOLUTIONS and the B2B channels relevant to your request. We do not publish the company name, the offer, prices, photos or commercial details without your consent, and we do not sell personal data.
We may use service providers such as email, WhatsApp, telephony or Calendly for communication. We may disclose data only if required by law.
5. How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as necessary to handle the request, for a resulting commercial relationship, or until you ask for deletion or withdraw your consent, unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, write to eurointermeds@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP.
